  3. i liked the iterview but they are so overpressure to gesticulate with everything and be so correct that you can see their anxiety through their faces and keeps it from being better. just dont try as hard. if you just stop giving so much advice on presentations people would just be more natural

  5. So true about rewarding outcomes that makes the organization more conservative, as opposed to taking risks for innovation. I think failures should be celebrated in a way where one keeps their optimism alive in experimenting but with a wiser approach.
